Yes! Most of our properties welcome pets. We do require breed information for insurance purposes. Please note that we accept dogs only, with a maximum weight limit of 50 pounds. Contact us if you need more information or want to share specific details to evaluate your request

Do I need to bring my own linens?

No need to worry about bringing your own linens. We will provide all sheets and towels. We even provide beach towels!

Is early check-in available?

We make every effort to have our properties ready before your arrival by coordinating with our cleaning team. While we can confirm the property will be ready by noon on your check-in day, let us know your preferred time, and we’ll go the extra mile to make your stay exceptional.

Can I check out late?

Sure! If there’s no early check-in planned for the next guest, we’ll check with our cleaning crew and let you know if it’s possible. Just remember, the sooner you let us know, the better!

Is there any security deposit to book these places?

No security deposit is required! Instead, a $45 administrative fee covers any damage to your personal belongings or the owner's items, up to $1,500.

If we check out earlier than planned after check-in, can we get a refund?

We can't guarantee a refund, but if we're able to book that night for another guest, we'd be happy to provide one. Let us know as soon as possible to increase the chances

Is smoking allowed here?

Smoking isn’t allowed in any of our properties. The cleaning costs to remove the smell from furniture are high, not everyone enjoys it. We certainly don't.

Can I invite friends over for dinner?

Of course! You're welcome to have friends over for dinner as long as they don’t stay overnight. Just keep in mind that quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM, and all our houses are equipped with noise decibel detectors. We want to set a great example and keep our neighbors happy!

Is it possible to rent these places for a mid or long-term stay?

Anything’s possible! Feel free to reach out to us via email, text, or phone call so we can discuss the option of a mid or long-term stay. Communication is key, so let us know, we’ll do everything we can to make it happen

I saw there's a charcoal BBQ grill. Do you guys provide firewood too?

Some of our places have a charcoal grill, but firewood isn’t included. Sometimes guests leave leftover firewood, but to be safe, it’s a good idea to bring your own!

We had a group of 3 couples and one toddler + one older kid. We would for sure stay here again in the future. We loved the outdoor shower, the garage ping pong table, the back porch, the spike ball, the grill, and small detail but the ice maker in the freezer was great. The beds were comfortable, and the AC was so key. The nursery with the crib and changing table and rocking chair was the cherry on top. There are black out shades in each room. Awesome stay.

We loved our week in Harwich. There was so much room to spread out and plenty of places to sleep for the whole family. One of the highlights was the proximity to the beach. We rented Matthew’s cottage for a family reunion. Wanted a space big enough for us all to be together. This space was perfect for two families with kids and one grandma. We loved Matthew's place! The location was peaceful and a few short steps from a small pond, most suitable for children. Long Pond is a short drive away if you're looking for something bigger and they do require parking passes if it's before 4pm. We really enjoyed the platforms at the lake you could jump off of and sit on. The space was very spacious for our family and we enjoyed coming back to it to relax at the end of the day. Having two bathrooms was especially convenient, and we really appreciated the outdoor grill, spacious yard, and comfortable lawn chairs. We only wish we'd had more time to use the fire pit and outdoor shower. The location is ideal if you're looking for a quiet, private getaway. Since we hadn't explored this side of town before, it was perfect for us, but we did find ourselves driving about 30 minutes for things we wanted to visit. Matthew’s house is wonderful. Coming from west coast and landing in a heat wave is no fun. But the moment we stepped into the house, it was so relaxing. The house is well equipped with all the amenities needed for the stay and it’s extremely clean. The nautical/ocean theme decor is so peaceful. Check in process was so easy. As a host, Matthew breaks the record for response times. He is extremely responsive and his suggestions for local activities especially Karaoke is much appreciated. Highly recommend this place.

We stayed at Matt’s place as two families with babies, and it was perfect for a little New England summer getaway. The location is ideal—on a peaceful, beautiful street with plenty of privacy, yet only a 5-minute drive to Chatham Main Street and about 8 minutes from the beach. It’s also a very pleasant 20–25-minute walk to a lovely coffee shop and a charming French café. Matt’s place was beautifully decorated and fully equipped with all the necessities, plus thoughtful extras like beach gear, kids’ dishware, and children’s books. We especially enjoyed the outdoor deck and even used the grill to cook some fresh local fish from the fish market. The beds were very comfortable, and the whole stay was relaxing and easy. We would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again!

This is a great house for families - roomy, clean, great gathering areas, outside as well as in. We ate breakfast on the patio every morning and enjoyed dinner with relatives. There were plenty of towels for the nearby beach, and we found some beach toys for the kids. The location in this beautiful little town is ideal. We did have to supply our own tea, sweatners, and cream/milk for coffee, which surprised me a little, and the coffee was only French dark roast (not everyone drinks dark roast). We went to the store anyway for other items, so not a serious problem, but this was unexpected, given the description. Matthew was readily available to talk to about some minor problems, and sent over staff to take a look at things. All in all, this is a great rental for families looking to enjoy the Cape. I would definitely recommend it.

If you get a chance to book this place, take it! The rooms are large, beautiful and well designed. Every little detail is thought out from fully stocked coffee station to the little extras in the bathrooms (dental floss, q-tips). It’s a great space for 2 couples - we were there with our daughter, SIL and their new baby and with the way the rooms were laid out, we never heard the baby crying at night. The apartment is also stocked with games - both indoor and outdoor- beach towels, chairs and even a wagon. Matthew was very responsive- even politely answering my questions that I could have easily gotten the answer to by reading the provided check in instructions. Of all the airbnbs I’ve stayed at, this ranks among the top tier.

Our stay here was perfect! The entire place was absolutely spotless, comfortable, and had everything we could’ve possibly needed. We’ve stayed in many places that advertised fully stocked kitchens that were sorely lacking. Here, we found everything we needed and more. From ziplocks, kitchen appliances, utensils, flour, sugar, etc., we were so impressed. I also can’t say enough how clean it was. The location was perfect. Central to all of the things we wanted to do. We loved eating at the Red Cottage, which was only a few minutes away and had amazing breakfast. Matt was an incredible host that went above and beyond for us; he offered us an early check in since it was available, gave us great recommendations, and was always available should we need anything. It is a short 15-20 minute walk into town through the beautiful local neighborhoods and 30 minutes to Chatham Bars Inn where we went often for meals/drinks. Only half the walk has a sidewalk but we never had an issue walking on the road even with a stroller. The house is well stocked and nicely set up. The surroundings are private and peaceful. We booked Matthew's listing last minute after finding a fly infestation at our original booking. Instant booking gave us a clean place to stay when options were slim at 9pm, and this listing was easy to find, easy to check-in to, and exactly as pictured -- an unexpected added plus was how incredibly comfortable the beds were (more than one of us saying one of the most comfortable they had slept on). Walkable to the beach with tons of beach gear to use (beach chairs, wagon, toys, etc), a 10 minute drive from the historic district and plenty of restaurants close by. We had a really nice stay here. The house was clean, and the host was friendly, flexible, and extremely responsive. We were even greeted with a gift card to a local ice cream shop and a box of chocolates, which was a thoughtful touch. Early check-in and clear checkout communication made everything easy. There were a few areas for improvement. One bedroom had an exterior door that could lock without a key, and the sliding door in the same room wouldn’t open. Our dog was accidentally locked inside, and it happened again before the host removed the lock. The house is older and a bit quirky, the beds sleep a little warm, and parking was briefly confusing since it’s a duplex. The kitchen was missing a few basics, but the host ordered replacements right away. Adding a half bath would also make the space much more functional. Overall, we enjoyed the location, the strong AC, and the pet-friendly setup, and the outdoor shower will be great in summer.

Matthew’s place upon walking in the front door was very warm and inviting. The living room was our fav place to have coffee in the mornings by the fire and movies at night. The master bedroom was very nice and spacious and the mattress made for a wonderful night’s rest after being with family most of the day. Everything was clean and spotless. We anticipate the porch is a perfect spot in the Summer for enjoying the warm weather. So cute! Matthew is an available host who cares about your stay. We would definitely return.

This was the perfect location for our stay in Cape Cod, the home is beautiful and has everything you need to be comfortable during your stay. Comfortable beds and great amenities. We loved being so close to the rail trail to be able to go for long walks and runs and our dog loved the back yard. There is tons to do nearby. The space also felt very private and quiet. We had an issue with a storm coming during our stay and Matthew was so helpful, kind, and responsive, he genuinely cared about our well being and was very flexible with us. I rarely leave feedback, but this place truly had everything. I stayed with 5 other people for 4 days - 4 adults, 2 children, and one dog - and not once was there something I needed that the place didn't have. The kitchen was stocked and full of utensils, there were beach chairs and towels, the showers had great water pressure and more than enough hot water, there were outlets everywhere, enough blankets and towels for all 6 of us. The place was extremely private and tucked away from the main road, and felt comfortable to have my kids run around outside. Just a delightful experience, and Matthew left very clear and detailed instructions and responded within 10-15 minutes of the couple of messages I sent during our trip. I hope this place is available for our next Cape vacation!

We had a great stay at the Lobster Trap! The house was exactly as described and Matthew was very responsive to all of my questions. The outdoor area is not very private but we very nice and we enjoyed our mornings and evenings sitting in the Adirondack chairs enjoying the weather! Matthew also provided all the beach supplies you need and firewood to have a nice fire. Beds and furniture were all very comfortable and being dog friendly was a HUGE plus. The loft is a great space but the stairs going up are narrow so just make sure you have someone in your party who has good mobility. The half bath has a washer/dryer and that was also a big plus. There is a strange window in that bathroom that leads to the second bedroom hidden by a mirror which was a bit odd but not a deal breaker by any means. You can’t beat the distance to the beach and very easy to walk to local restaurants and bars. Overall, wonderful experience and Matthew was a spectacular host!

My family of three adults, two children, and two dogs had wonderful week stay in Matthew's home in Dennis. The house was clean, well stocked with the necessities and even extras! I loved the location because its a quiet part of Dennis but nicely nestled in-between the bayside and the ocean. Its a little rustic/campy but very cape cod. It was nice to cook a couple of meals, have a camp fire in the yard and sleep in comfortable beds. Both the indoor and outdoor showers were great. The beach near by is just a short walk and it was so much warmer than the bayside which was a surprising. The house is on a fairly busy road. There is a very short distance between the front door and the road without a barrier of any kind such as a gate or railing on the porch. The back yard is lovely but there is also no fence or barrier from the back to the front. something to keep in mind with younger kids. All and all a lovely visit and I would recommend.

We had a fantastic 5 day stay at Glendon Gardens Retreat. It was our 4th trip up to the Cape and my family said it was my best find yet. We loved the location, smack dab in between The Doghouse and Glendon Road beach, so a quick walk to both. We also walked to Chapin’s Fish & Chips, and then played a round of mini golf at Susan’s and had ice cream at What’s the Scoop. As for the house, it was just as pictured. It was also nice not to have to worry about the linens, and the “beach stuff” like chairs and a wagon. The kids enjoyed playing giant jenga & cornhole in the backyard and everyone enjoyed the outdoor shower. We were a little nervous about the houses being too close together on the same property, but it didn’t feel like it and it wasn’t an issue an issue at all.

Our family very much enjoyed our stay. The house is comfortable and spacious - even more so than it appears in the photos. The walk to the beach is about 15-20 minutes and there is a sidewalk the whole way. Driving is also an option but we preferred to load things in the beach wagon provided and walk there. There aren't many restaurants/shops within walking distance but many are reachable via a short drive. We had a number of meals in the house and found the kitchen well-stocked and equipped and the eating areas comfortable. Matthew kept in touch before, during and after the visit, so while we didn't have any issues come up during the rental, I was confident that we would have gotten quick answers to any questions if we needed them.

Great house with weird small issues. We cooked a lot but were limited to only 1 small trash can inside the house. The fire pit also stopped working after a while. The electric stove was difficult to use and required specific compatible pots which we had to find out the hard way. Why would you provide pots that don’t work with your stove? The kitchen was well stocked with herbs, supplies, and spices to cook with. Plenty of space for us to hangout and rest. We also used the living room TV a lot for playing games, streaming music, and watching stuff in the background. Locations like shopping and restaurants were a bit far but not too bad, you’ll find everything you need close enough. The host was very responsive and quick when asked questions. We really appreciated all the amenities, especially the included beach supplies/towels.

Where do we even begin!? We have stayed on the Cape every summer for several years, but this was easily our favorite and most convenient stay. Matthew, an incredible, beyond kind, flexible, and supportive host, has an outstanding home for a young family. In addition to just a stand alone clean, spacious, wonderful unit, the amenities are abundant: beach chairs, a beach wagon, umbrellas, beach toys, washer and dryer units, activities in the basement, fire pit in the back, a travel high chair, and a portable pack and play (just to name a few). Staying here saved us tons of car space, not having to trek everything for our 1 year old to stay comfortably. Location is outstanding. Walking distance from a couple of different beaches, close to restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy, coffee shops, so on. We also thoroughly enjoyed the recreation park directly across the street, with a tennis (and pickleball lined) court, a playground, and a walking trail with bunnies galore. Will totally return!

A group of us had such a great time at Matthew’s place! The cottage felt like home and we absolutely loved the bonfire and yard to hang out in. A beautiful beach was within walking distance, as was lots of yummy restaurants! Matthew was very accommodating and responsive with all communication. Honestly we had such a nice time that when it was time to check out, we were already looking to see when we could come back! Hopefully soon :)

We has a peaceful visit with airy breezes...great ventilation! The rooms were cozy and quaint with air conditioning had we needed it. The porch was perfect as was the yard complete with fire pit. Our stay was very restful. We loved our close we were to dining and entertainment. Our group of 6 had a great stay at Matt’s place. The location was perfect. Very walkable to restaurants/bars and the beach is right there. It was very clean and had a nice backyard with a fire pit. Plenty of beach chairs/essentials provided. Matt was also super friendly and gave us some great recommendations. We would definitely stay again!

Thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend at this amazing cottage! Matthew was beyond accommodating, responsive and easy to communicate with. The cottage was spotless with brand new bedding, coffee pot, towels, furniture, beach chairs, wagon and more. The beds were super comfortable and the location couldn’t be beat. Less than a 10 minute walk to the beach, multiple restaurants, ice cream and more. The cottage had everything we needed and was perfect for our long weekend. The AC was great for a hot day and we were so appreciative to bring our pup. 10/10 would stay here again, we can’t wait to go back! The best part was the hospitality!

The bungalow was perfect for our group of 5! The space was clean and tidy. The proximity to the beach was our favorite part, we loved being able to walk to the beach. Matthew also provides beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella so we didn’t even have to bring any bulky beach gear with us! The bungalow is walkable to some restaurants and coffee shops which was great. The host also left a gift card for an ice cream shop that was in walking distance which was so kind. I will definitely be coming back!

Matthew's property perfectly suited our needs, including accommodating our dog Romeo. Our son came and stayed for one night and the extra bedroom worked out perfectly. The backyard firepit area was big fun-we grilled steaks and lit a fire and gathered with other family visiting the area. Very shorty walk to the beach and plenty of cool food options close by. We will definitely be back!
