Frequently Asked Questions

Do you allow pets?
Yes! Most of our properties welcome pets. We do require breed information for insurance purposes. Please note that we accept dogs only, with a maximum weight limit of 50 pounds. Contact us if you need more information or want to share specific details to evaluate your request

Do I need to bring my own linens?
No need to worry about bringing your own linens. We will provide all sheets and towels. We even provide beach towels!

Is early check-in available?
We make every effort to have our properties ready before your arrival by coordinating with our cleaning team. While we can confirm the property will be ready by noon on your check-in day, let us know your preferred time, and we’ll go the extra mile to make your stay exceptional.

Can I check out late?
Sure! If there’s no early check-in planned for the next guest, we’ll check with our cleaning crew and let you know if it’s possible. Just remember, the sooner you let us know, the better!

Who should I reach out to if I need help?
You can reach us at our general phone line: (508) 205-9960 if you need to call us within business hours.

Is there any security deposit to book these places?
No security deposit is required! Instead, a $45 administrative fee covers any damage to your personal belongings or the owner's items, up to $1,500.

If we check out earlier than planned after check-in, can we get a refund?
We can't guarantee a refund, but if we're able to book that night for another guest, we'd be happy to provide one. Let us know as soon as possible to increase the chances

Is smoking allowed here?
Smoking isn’t allowed in any of our properties. The cleaning costs to remove the smell from furniture are high, not everyone enjoys it. We certainly don't.

Can I invite friends over for dinner?
Of course! You're welcome to have friends over for dinner as long as they don’t stay overnight. Just keep in mind that quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM, and all our houses are equipped with noise decibel monitors. We want to set a great example and keep our neighbors happy!

Is it possible to rent these places for a mid or long-term stay?
Anything’s possible! Feel free to reach out to us via email, text, or phone call so we can discuss the option of a mid or long-term stay. Communication is key, so let us know, we’ll do everything we can to make it happen

Do you guys provide firewood for the fire pits?

Some of our places have a fire pits, but firewood isn’t included. Sometimes guests leave leftover firewood, but to be safe, it’s a good idea to bring your own!

Beautiful and spacious home! The house was perfectly clean, felt brand new, and had more space than we were expecting! The beds were comfortable and the household stocked with anything we might need. We came in the off-season, sharing the house with teammates/2 other families for a tournament. It was the perfect house to share - we had space to be together and our own space too. We took the short drive to the beach/small parking lot to enjoy mornings finding beautiful rocks and neat horseshoe crabs. We were in a quiet neighborhood and nearby to shops, restaurants, etc. Matthew was the ideal host, replying promptly to any of our inquiries and providing all of the information we might need. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. We hope to come stay here again!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay near Craigville Beach in Cape Cod! The property was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and the location and views couldn’t be beat. Being right next to such a beautiful, pristine beach made this stay truly special. It honestly felt like we had our own private beach, which was such a treat for our family! Our host was fantastic—wonderful, attentive, responsive, and genuinely thoughtful throughout our stay. It makes such a difference to have a host who cares about their guests and helps make the entire experience relaxing and enjoyable. The location was perfect for enjoying the natural beauty of Cape Cod. We loved being so close to Craigville Beach, with its beautiful shoreline, gorgeous views, and peaceful coastal atmosphere. Having the beach right there made it easy to enjoy the ocean and spend quality time together without the hassle of traveling back and forth. The kids loved it, and we made so many wonderful family memories!
