Frequently Asked Questions

Do you allow pets?
Yes! Most of our properties welcome pets. We do require breed information for insurance purposes. Please note that we accept dogs only, with a maximum weight limit of 50 pounds. Contact us if you need more information or want to share specific details to evaluate your request
Do I need to bring my own linens?
No need to worry about bringing your own linens. We will provide all sheets and towels. We even provide beach towels!
Is early check-in available?
We make every effort to have our properties ready before your arrival by coordinating with our cleaning team. While we can confirm the property will be ready by noon on your check-in day, let us know your preferred time, and we’ll go the extra mile to make your stay exceptional.
Can I check out late?
Sure! If there’s no early check-in planned for the next guest, we’ll check with our cleaning crew and let you know if it’s possible. Just remember, the sooner you let us know, the better!
Who should I reach out to if I need help?
You can reach us at our general phone line: (508) 205-9960 if you need to call us within business hours.
Is there any security deposit to book these places?
No security deposit is required! Instead, a $35 administrative fee covers any damage to your personal belongings or the owner's items, up to $1,500.
If we check out earlier than planned after check-in, can we get a refund?
We can't guarantee a refund, but if we're able to book that night for another guest, we'd be happy to provide one. Let us know as soon as possible to increase the chances
Is smoking allowed here?
Smoking isn’t allowed in any of our properties. The cleaning costs to remove the smell from furniture are high, not everyone enjoys it. We certainly don't.
Can I invite friends over for dinner?
Of course! You're welcome to have friends over for dinner as long as they don’t stay overnight. Just keep in mind that quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM, and all our houses are equipped with noise decibel detectors. We want to set a great example and keep our neighbors happy!
Is it possible to rent these places for a mid or long-term stay?
Anything’s possible! Feel free to reach out to us via email, text, or phone call so we can discuss the option of a mid or long-term stay. Communication is key, so let us know, we’ll do everything we can to make it happen
I saw there's a charcoal BBQ grill. Do you guys provide firewood too?
Some of our places have a charcoal grill, but firewood isn’t included. Sometimes guests leave leftover firewood, but to be safe, it’s a good idea to bring your own!

When do you usually send the house info, like the address, Wi-Fi, and check-in details?

Great place for a couple or small family! Loved the quiet, private feel of the street, but being within just a short walk to all the restaurants and activity of A1A and only two blocks to the beach! The beach amenities were a really nice touch. Beds were comfy, towels were fluffy, everything worked properly and was sparkling clean. We’ll definitely stay here again for sure!

Great last minute spot to escape the ice storm in NC! Walkable to the beach with tons of beach gear to use (beach chairs, wagon, toys, etc), a 10 minute drive from the historic district and plenty of restaurants close by. Loved grabbing lunch at Beachcomber off A Street and picking up local goods at the Surf Stop on F Street. Loved that the rental was pet friendly so we could bring our pup. Host was super responsive and helpful considering we booked it for same day check-in. Would absolutely stay again!
