- Matthew's property perfectly suited our needs, including accommodating our dog Romeo. Our son came and stayed for one night and the extra bedroom worked out perfectly. The backyard firepit area was big fun-we grilled steaks and lit a fire and gathered with other family visiting the area. Very shorty walk to the beach and plenty of cool food options close by. We will definitely be back!

There is one full bathroom stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and a hairdryer to save you space in your suitcase.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, utensils, and cookware you need to feel at home.
You can use the dining area in the kitchen, there is also a wooden table to make yourself comfortable.
The living room has cable TV, small table and a big couch capable of accommodating your wonderful family.

Includes a fire pit and BBQ charcoal grill. There are enough chairs to allow you all to spend time around the fire while enjoying time together.
There is also a small outdoor shower if needed.

This bungalow is a side-by-side duplex with no shared space or amenities. The B side has it's own laundry, private back patio and entrance.
Please note that the back door is currently sealed and not available for guest use. Guests can still enjoy the private back patio and outdoor amenities; access to the patio is available from outside the home. The main entrance remains fully available for easy entry and exit throughout your stay.
We're here to support you throughout your stay, however much you need. Feel free to contact us by phone or message. Self check-in is available for your convenience.
DAMAGE PROTECTION:
When you stay at St. Augustine, Beachtown Bungalow - B you're covered for damages up to $1,500 per stay.
HOUSE RULES:
We have a pet fee of $125 which covers up to 2 pets for the entire stay.
You must be 25 or older to book this home.
Bookings over 29 nights require signing a rental agreement.

Great area with lots of restaurants. The beach supplies and wagon were very helpful. The walk to the beach was enjoyable, just a short distance.

Great place for a couple or small family! Loved the quiet, private feel of the street, but being within just a short walk to all the restaurants and activity of A1A and only two blocks to the beach! The beach amenities were a really nice touch. Beds were comfy, towels were fluffy, everything worked properly and was sparkling clean. We’ll definitely stay here again for sure!

Had a great time in my hometown thanks to Matthew and his team. Good neighbors. You really can't beat the location if you like privacy and to be close to everything. We didn't use them but the apartment has EVERYTHING you could want to have a lovely beach day (tent, chairs, cart, cooler). I thought that was a nice touch.

We had a great stay! The home was clean, dog-friendly, and located in a quiet, walkable neighborhood close to several restaurants. Beach access was also very convenient, which made the trip even better. The host was super responsive and friendly throughout our stay. One small note: there is a step right outside the front door that you need to be careful with, as it’s easy to mis step. Otherwise, everything was wonderful. Would definitely stay again!
