Enjoy comfortable sleeping arrangements for everyone. The first bedroom features a cozy queen bed, perfect for couples. The second bedroom features a twin bunk bed. The upstairs the loft area offers two comfortable full beds, providing flexible sleeping options for larger families. Fresh linens and all essentials are provided for a restful night's sleep.

The home offers 1.5 bathrooms for your convenience. The main bathroom is fully stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and a hairdryer. A convenient half-bathroom adds extra ease for larger groups.

Prepare delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with all the appliances, utensils, and cookware you need to feel right at home. Enjoy casual dining at the kitchen area. The comfortable living area is perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach, featuring a TV for entertainment.

Enjoy stress-free arrivals and departures with convenient on-site parking. (Please note: there are two additional cottages on the property, each with their own private spaces and dedicated parking.)

The entire home is yours to enjoy. The property does have two additional cottages in behind this house where other guests will be staying. A diagram outlining the property layout is provided in the photos.
We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I'm only a phone call/message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival.
Getting around is a breeze! You're just a 5-minute stroll or bike ride from both the beach in one direction and popular local restaurants in the other. Need a lift? Hop on the local golf cart shuttle for just $5
DAMAGE PROTECTION:
When you stay at Lobster Pot Getaway, you're covered for damages up to $1,500 per stay.
HOUSE RULES:
We have a pet fee of $125, which covers up to 2 pets for the entire stay.
Parking along the right side of home only (asphalt driveway). Parking on the white marble stone driveway is for the back two cottages only.
You must be 25 or older to book this home.
Bookings over 29 nights require signing a rental agreement.

Matthew was so friendly and accommodating and we loved staying here. Enjoyed our first beach trip with our baby and it couldn’t have gone better! Great house, great location, great host.

The cottage was exceptionally clean, which is a top priority for us, and the layout worked perfectly for our family. The beach was just a short walk away, and we loved how convenient everything was, with restaurants, outdoor music, and shopping all nearby. We did have a minor issue with the door lock, but Matthew responded promptly and was incredibly helpful. We also accidentally left an item behind, and once again, Matthew was quick to assist. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would happily return. We hope to be back soon!

Stayed at Matthew’s cottage with my husband, two small children (4 and 6) and my parents. The accommodations were perfect! Everything was as described. I loved having the wagon and chairs and beach towels (a huge plus with the beach walking distance). Close to great food but secluded enough to be quiet. It was a really wonderful vacation. Highly recommend and would certainly stay again! Thank you Matthew!

We had a great stay at the Lobster Trap! The house was comfortable, clean and Matthew was so great with having everything we needed to keep our littles happy. It was a wonderful week on the Cape!

Great vacation rental spot. Super close to the beach so it’s easy to walk there in less than 10 minutes and other great restaurants nearby. Matthew was very helpful in providing suggestions for things to do and places to eat nearby. The common area was large and great for hanging out. Only comment would be that the shower was pretty small (both short and narrow). If you are very tall, it could be tight. But how much time are you spending in the shower anyway?

The house was spotless, the beds and linens were comfy and clean, it was an easy walk to the beach and area restaurants, and Matthew was a super friendly and responsive host. One night I was having trouble getting into the house (totally user error) and messaged him about it. He responded in less than 5 minutes and quickly resolved the issue. Overall, a great value and I would not hesitate to stay at one of his other properties.
