Enjoy comfortable and private sleeping arrangements. The first bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, perfect for couples. The second bedroom is furnished with two cozy twin beds. The third room has a daybed with pull-out trundle 87" x 42". Fresh linens and all essentials are provided for a restful night's sleep.

The entire home is yours to enjoy. The property does have two additional cottages in behind this house where other guests will be staying. A diagram outlining the property layout is provided in the photos.
We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I'm only a phone call/message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival.
DAMAGE PROTECTION:
When you stay at Lobster Pot Getaway, you're covered for damages up to $1,500 per stay.
HOUSE RULES:
We have a pet fee of $125, which covers up to 2 pets for the entire stay.
Parking is on the left side of home only (white marble stone driveway). The two dedicated spots are along the left-hand side of the driveway (photo within listing includes a diagram of parking).
You must be 25 or older to book this home.
Bookings over 29 nights require signing a rental agreement.

My family and l had an amazing stay at this cozy homely beach house! The house was spotless, very well decorated, with comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen. The location is perfect distance to our favorite beach and is very close to breakfast places, restaurants and local shops. We spent every morning on the patio enjoying our breakfast surrounded with nature. The host was courteous and provided clear instructions for check-in and any other questions. Highly recommend this peaceful coastal getaway. We would love to stay here again!

We loved staying at Matthew's Airbnb. The location can't be beat. It's conveniently located within walking distance to a lot of things or by car! So many different restaurants, coffee shops, etc. nearby. The house itself was very cozy and well maintained, it was perfect for a girl's weekend. We also appreciated all of the beach gear that was available for us to borrow!

We booked this at the last minute and we are so glad we did! The cottage is one of three on the lot, but it's the furthest in the back so it was very private. It is older but updated, taken care of and clean. I reached out to the host with a quick question when we got there, and ten minutes later he was there taking care of it. The front porch was so nice to relax on after the kids went to sleep! We didn't cook much but the kitchen had everything we needed. Beds & linens were comfy. The beach is about a five minute walk, and it was really nice to have the beach wagon provided which made the walk even easier. We weren't sure how the beach would be for our young kids since it was ocean side, but it was very calm and perfect especially when the tide was out. The bedrooms get very bright during the day despite the shades, just fyi if you have a young baby or kids who need darkness to nap. We had a great time and would definitely come back!

Perfect spot to spend time with the family. Nice central location for a variety of activities. We loved the short walk to the beach with beach chairs, towels, and wagon provided. Everyone agreed we picked the right spot for an enjoyable week.

Awesome location, responsive host, and the flexibility to rent multiple cottages on the same property make this place a no brainer. Plenty of privacy from the other cottages on the property and REALLY walkable to the beach (3-4 min). Would 10000% stay here again!
