Second Floor - Bedroom 4: A cozy Queen bed. (Note: The upstairs features a unique "tandem" layout where you walk through one room to access another.)

Second Floor Bonus Room: A massive space equipped with 3 Queen beds, ideal for kids or groups of friends.

The "Beach Room": The heart of the home! This large, open-concept living area features a massive sectional sofa, perfect for movie nights or post-beach naps.

Kitchen & Coffee Bar: The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, dishwasher, and double-basin sink. Coffee lovers will adore the dedicated hallway Coffee Bar with a Keurig station and mug collection.

Front Living Room: For a quieter vibe, relax by the flickering gas fireplace with a good book or a board game.

Enjoy the salty air in your private, fully fenced backyard. The patio area is set up for easy entertaining with a gas grill and outdoor dining table. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the privacy of the enclosed white-vinyl outdoor shower. A dedicated storage shed is available to house all your beach gear and the provided accessories.

You will have full, private access to the entire home, the fenced backyard, and the storage shed.

Parking: The spacious driveway accommodates up to 4 vehicles. Please note that trailers may fit but will take up a significant portion of the driveway space.

We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I'm only a phone call/message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival.

DAMAGE PROTECTION:

When you stay at Mariner’s Landing, you're covered for unintentional damages up to $1,500 per stay through our Waivo protection policy (included in the $45 fee).

HOUSE RULES:

You must be 25 or older to book this home.

Parking is limited to a maximum of 3 spots.

Pets are not allowed on the property. The cottage association has a no pet policy.

Bookings over 29 nights require signing a rental agreement.
