We enjoyed very much our stay in Matthew's house. The house is newly renovated and it is very nice and clean. The rooms are a good size, with very comfortable beds and pillows. The shared yard is large and neat, and we very much appreciated that there was parking space for two cars. Location is great, within walking distance to restaurants and shops, still quiet at night. Kalmus Beach is a short drive away -- or a 35 minute walk. Matthew was very friendly, helpful, and responsive. We had a great time, and would stay here again!

We stayed with 2 kiddos and 2 dogs. Be careful if you have dogs who like to bolt- South St was very busy at times and people were driving very fast. There is a beach within driving distance, but not walking. Overall it was a great place to stay for a weekend but too small for us if we were going to stay longer . There is only one tv in the house. If you are just a couple staying, that probably wouldn’t be a huge problem, but with two kids they would have enjoyed being able to watch tv in the bedroom. Also, there was no microwave that I could find. Matthew was very responsive to all my questions and food and shopping were all in walking distance. Parking was not a problem at all. One more thing- there are no blinds or shades in the living room and everyone can see in from the street.

This place was at a great location for restaurants, bars, and stores. Extremely walkable and not far from the ferries to Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket! Would stay here again and recommend staying here! Matthew was very accommodating, communicative and responsive! We enjoyed our stay!!!

We were so glad we found Matthew’s place! The location was perfect for being walkable to multiple areas for nice cafes, shops, and activities. We appreciated the attention to detail with amenities- toiletries and kitchen supplies were all provided. Also really appreciated Matthew’s local recommendations and offering to let us check in early!

This place is a gem! It’s one block to downtown, yet peaceful and quiet. I was there with my pups and took them for a walk at a park 2 min away. Very clean - spotless! Furniture is comfortable and cozy. It’s exactly what you would want or expect when visiting the Cape. The kitchen has coffee pods supplied. While the kitchen is small it has everything you need. All in, this is a super cozy, cute Cape Cod cottage that has everything you want and the host was helpful, so nice, and responsive. I HIGHLY recommend this spot, especially if you want a cute cottage within walking distance of town.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The home was bright, clean, and incredibly welcoming from the moment we walked in. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which made a huge difference during the warm weather and kept us comfortable throughout our stay. It was the perfect space for me, my fiancé, and our golden retriever. We really appreciated how pet-friendly and accommodating everything was. The couch was so comfortable, making it easy to relax after spending the day exploring. The location couldn’t have been better—an easy walk to Main Street with all of the shops and restaurants, close to the beaches, and convenient, accessible parking made coming and going effortless. The host truly made this stay exceptional. They were incredibly kind, responsive, flexible, and accommodating, making us feel welcome from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!!
