Situated in the heart of Dennis Port, this home offers the perfect Cape Cod escape. Our spacious shared and unfenced backyard, complete with a gas BBQ, picnic table, and outdoor shower, is perfect for family fun. And don't worry about leaving your furry friend behind - this home is pet-friendly!

The front exterior of this home features a small deck furnished with outdoor chairs and a table, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or a quiet moment.
In the backyard, you'll find a picnic table, a gas BBQ grill, and a cozy fire pit perfect for evening gatherings. This spacious backyard area is also ideal for lawn games for family and friends to enjoy. And of course, every Cape house must come with an outdoor shower! This home is no exception, with the outdoor shower conveniently located in the backyard for extra privacy.

The entire A side of this duplex is available for you to enjoy. The washer & dryer are shared with the B unit and can be found in the basement.
We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I'm only a phone call/message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival.
DAMAGE PROTECTION:
When you stay at Sea View Revue, you're covered for damages up to $1,500 per stay.
HOUSE RULES:
We have a pet fee of $125 which covers up to 2 pets for the entire stay.
You must be 25 or older to book this home.
We have space for two vehicles to park.
Bookings over 29 nights require signing a rental agreement.

We loved staying here! Walkable to some restaurants/ice cream and overall a great location. Matthew was super responsive and helpful. We would definitely come back!

My family and I had a great time here! The beach is very accessible from the house. The beach is approximately an 8-10 minute walk from the house. You cross a fairly busy street (the crosswalk is about 25 feet from the end of the driveway), then walk down a street that is not busy at all to the beach. This home's backyard added a lot to our experience. We were able to grill and take advantage of the seating in the back. Inside, the window AC units do an adequate job of keeping the space cool. Another one would be useful in the living room. Lastly, Matt is an outstanding host. He is communicative, proactive, and responsive. He is helpful, clear, and understanding. I recommend this rental!

Matthew’s place was very clean, comfortable, very well-equipped, good location across from the park (even tho a lot of the park was closed) and close to the beach. And even tho it was a duplex, it seemed like there was good insulation between the two units so we didn’t hear the other renters much at all. The house was set up well and the location was convenient for walking biking and driving

Great place and a wonderful host! Very communicative and flexible, making our stay easy and enjoyable. Just a few minutes from the beach, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at Seaview! It is an easy walk to the beach and restaurants! The house itself was well stocked with great beach chairs and a wagon! The kids loved the basement area with the air hockey and ping pong! So fun! Matthew was really easy to communicate with and was on top of everything! I highly recommend this location and Matthew as a host!

This is a cute little place not far from the beach. It was clean and comfortable. The water pressure was great. We were very happy to have tennis courts across the street and for the beach to be within walking distance. We appreciated having use of a wagon/chairs/umbrella for the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We were able to walk our dog around the neighborhood and in the park across the street. The park will be even better when renovations are complete. We would definitely stay here again.

This stay was awesome. Matt was nice and responsive. We had no issues with the neighbors. The location was great and walkable to the beach. The park is nice and perfect for a small family cookout. Also great that he had beach supplies that were available to use.
