The Craigville Beach area is the heart of the Mid-Cape: a charming, picturesque seaside village in Centerville, known for its incredible convenience. Our cottage puts you in the absolute best spot—literally across the street from the famous beach.

Our location offers the perfect blend of seaside walkability and central driving convenience, allowing you to maximize your time on the Cape.

You are truly in the center of the beach action.

Craigville Beach: Literally across the street (under a 1-minute walk!). Leave the towels on your shoulder and skip the hassle and expense of beach parking ($25+ daily fee in season).

Local Attractions: A comfortable walk will bring you to the famous Four Seas Ice Cream. Next door is the Barnacle concession stand—perfect for quick, delicious treats.

🚗 Driving & Parking

While the beach is steps away, a car is necessary to explore the rest of Cape Cod.

Free On-Site Parking: We provide generous parking for up to three (3) standard-sized vehicles right on the property. This is a rare and valuable amenity in this area, especially when beach parking lots are crowded and costly.

Quick Access: The cottage is located just a few minutes drive from Route 28, making it fast and easy to reach:

Downtown Hyannis (Shopping, Dining, Ferries): 5-10 minutes.

Osterville Village (Boutiques & Fine Dining): 5-7 minutes.

Major Grocery Stores & Essentials: 5 minutes.

You can save your gas and time for day trips to the Islands (Marthas Vineyard/Nantucket ferries are nearby) or exploring the Outer Cape towns!

DAMAGE PROTECTION:

When you stay at Heritage Home you're covered for damages up to $1,500 per stay.

HOUSE RULES:

No pets are allowed on the property due to the association's rules.

You must be 25 or older to book this home.

My family and I absolutely loved our stay here. The location was amazing, especially with having young kids and needing to go back and forth for naps. We appreciated the modern updates of the home and everything, especially the beds, were very comfortable. The fire pit was great and you could see some beautiful views/sunsets from there. Even with half our stay being cold and rainy - we felt that the house was spacious and comfortable for us and our three kids. Matt was communicative, kind, and accommodating which we really appreciated. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this spot!

Mathew was a responsive host and if you like the ocean, the cottage was directly across from Craigville beach. Everything was as advertised. Let us check in early and stay late which was appreciated. We had kitchen counter plugs tripping out, was advised and I am sure have been rectified.
