DAMAGE PROTECTION:
When you stay at Glendon Midship Cottage, you're covered for damages up to $1,500 per stay.
HOUSE RULES:
We have a pet fee of $125 which covers up to 2 pets for the entire stay.
Parking is on the left side of home only (white marble stone driveway). The two dedicated spots are along the right-hand side of the driveway (photo within listing includes a diagram of parking).
You must be 25 or older to book this home.
Bookings over 29 nights require signing a rental agreement.

Yes, we recommend this place for anyone who wants a nice small cozy studio rental that is walking distance to the beach. Close to restaurants, shops, and the Cape Cod Rail Trail. We had our two little dogs which was awesome.

Our stay here was everything we wanted and more! We have been coming to this part of the Cape for years and it was so great to have a place to stay that was so centrally located. The house was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet and walkable. Matthew was great at providing us with information, and was very responsive. We would absolutely stay here again! It was the perfect retreat for our mini-moon.

Staying in Matthew's lovely cottage was a treat. It was easy to find, the check-in process was a breeze, and the location was an excellent base through which one can explore the wider Cape. His cottage is cozy and warm, located in a quiet part of the neighborhood, with enough privacy to be able to retreat after exploring. It truly has the old New England charm. It was an easy walk to the beach, and all of the instructions given were true to form and all amenities were easy to find. Matthew was an excellent host whose communication was top notch; he made all of the instructions crystal clear and was able to field all of our questions with ease and promptness. This is an excellent place for a quiet getaway and I would recommend this for either first-time visitors or Cape veterans.

Matthew’s place was great for our needs! We stayed with our two toddlers, so it was a little small for four of us with all of our bags and gear, but you can’t beat the location and all of the other amenities. It was a quick walk to the beach and some restaurants, a short drive from everything else. The house had all the necessities and we really did not need another thing. We would love to come back again sometime and maybe try out another of the larger properties on the same lot! Thank you for a great stay.

This place was exactly what we were looking for- a place walking distance to the beach, as well as various restaurant options, so we didn’t have to drive the whole time we were there. The Dennis Shore Shuttle was awesome too, look them up! Clean, easy, and Matt was super helpful to coordinate with. We’ll be back!
