Selfishly I don’t want to post to let this secret out- but I’m going to pay it forward. I was super nervous about renting without any previous reviews, but this place was perfect. Still had the “new car smell”! The renovations and decor were very well done. (Coastal chic!) The house was immaculate- the backyard is something out of a Disney movie. I thoroughly enjoyed watching all the animals. The neighborhood is peaceful, and well located mid-Cape. Matthew is a friendly and responsive host. He was communicative from start to finish, and every response felt like a smile was attached. Already planning to stay here again!

Matthew’s house is wonderful. Coming from west coast and landing in a heat wave is no fun. But the moment we stepped into the house, it was so relaxing. The house is well equipped with all the amenities needed for the stay and it’s extremely clean. The nautical/ocean theme decor is so peaceful. Check in process was so easy. As a host, Matthew breaks the record for response times. He is extremely responsive and his suggestions for local activities especially Karaoke is much appreciated. Highly recommend this place.

Our stay here was perfect! The entire place was absolutely spotless, comfortable, and had everything we could’ve possibly needed. We’ve stayed in many places that advertised fully stocked kitchens that were sorely lacking. Here, we found everything we needed and more. From ziplocks, kitchen appliances, utensils, flour, sugar, etc., we were so impressed. I also can’t say enough how clean it was. The location was perfect. Central to all of the things we wanted to do. We loved eating at the Red Cottage, which was only a few minutes away and had amazing breakfast. Matt was an incredible host that went above and beyond for us; he offered us an early check in since it was available, gave us great recommendations, and was always available should we need anything. Can’t recommend enough, and this will be our first pick on the Cape in the future!
