Frequently Asked Questions

Do you allow pets?
Yes! Most of our properties welcome pets. We do require breed information for insurance purposes. Please note that we accept dogs only, with a maximum weight limit of 50 pounds. Contact us if you need more information or want to share specific details to evaluate your request
Do I need to bring my own linens?
No need to worry about bringing your own linens. We will provide all sheets and towels. We even provide beach towels!
Is early check-in available?
We make every effort to have our properties ready before your arrival by coordinating with our cleaning team. While we can confirm the property will be ready by noon on your check-in day, let us know your preferred time, and we’ll go the extra mile to make your stay exceptional.
Can I check out late?
Sure! If there’s no early check-in planned for the next guest, we’ll check with our cleaning crew and let you know if it’s possible. Just remember, the sooner you let us know, the better!
Who should I reach out to if I need help?
You can reach us at our general phone line: (508) 205-9960 if you need to call us within business hours.
Is there any security deposit to book these places?
No security deposit is required! Instead, a $35 administrative fee covers any damage to your personal belongings or the owner's items, up to $1,500.
If we check out earlier than planned after check-in, can we get a refund?
We can't guarantee a refund, but if we're able to book that night for another guest, we'd be happy to provide one. Let us know as soon as possible to increase the chances
Is smoking allowed here?
Smoking isn’t allowed in any of our properties. The cleaning costs to remove the smell from furniture are high, not everyone enjoys it. We certainly don't.
Can I invite friends over for dinner?
Of course! You're welcome to have friends over for dinner as long as they don’t stay overnight. Just keep in mind that quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM, and all our houses are equipped with noise decibel detectors. We want to set a great example and keep our neighbors happy!
Is it possible to rent these places for a mid or long-term stay?
Anything’s possible! Feel free to reach out to us via email, text, or phone call so we can discuss the option of a mid or long-term stay. Communication is key, so let us know, we’ll do everything we can to make it happen
I saw there's a charcoal BBQ grill. Do you guys provide firewood too?
Some of our places have a charcoal grill, but firewood isn’t included. Sometimes guests leave leftover firewood, but to be safe, it’s a good idea to bring your own!

This was our second time staying at this lovely home in this idyllic part of Cape Cod. The home is nestled into a beautiful forested area and is very private / quiet, but also not too secluded / isolated. We came back because we felt so welcomed by Matthew on our first visit, and both our kids and us repeatedly said this home was one of the favorites from our trip to the Cape Cod area. The living room with the cozy fire on a cold November night was a highlight of our stay! Waking up every morning to either sun coming through the windows or raindrops on the second floor bedroom’s skylights was truly memorable. This is a fantastic home that is truly a rare find: it was a blessing for us to stay here a second time!

Worth the stay! Its location is walking distance to the beach and easy communte to downtown. Everything we wanted to do or see was either a 15 min walk or drive. The home is clean and well maintained, even though its an older house. Amenities are as described. If you are going to cook during your stay, bring all food and spices needed. Utensils and cookwear are provided. The coffee maker is a KCup style and the hosts provides about 6 cups. The host was very proactive and provided clear instructions. They even had a welcome gift which was super sweet. Definitely recommend this home to anyone looking to spend some time in this area.

Matthew’s place upon walking in the front door was very warm and inviting. The living room was our fav place to have coffee in the mornings by the fire and movies at night. The master bedroom was very nice and spacious and the mattress made for a wonderful night’s rest after being with family most of the day. Everything was clean and spotless. We anticipate the porch is a perfect spot in the Summer for enjoying the warm weather. So cute! Matthew is an available host who cares about your stay. We would definitely return.

Beautiful home in a great neighborhood in West Barnstable. Matt was a great host and provided us with recommendations and was super responsive when we needed him. The bedrooms were super comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We’ve been spending fall at the Cape for the last five years and this home by far was the best.

This was the perfect location for our stay in Cape Cod, the home is beautiful and has everything you need to be comfortable during your stay. Comfortable beds and great amenities. We loved being so close to the rail trail to be able to go for long walks and runs and our dog loved the back yard. There is tons to do nearby. The space also felt very private and quiet. We had an issue with a storm coming during our stay and Matthew was so helpful, kind, and responsive, he genuinely cared about our well being and was very flexible with us. We also felt the price was extremely good compared to other stays in the area for so much space in a great location. A great stay we hope to come back!
