DAMAGE PROTECTION:

When you stay with us, you're covered for damages up to $1,500 per stay.

HOUSE RULES:

A pet fee of $125 applies, covering up to 2 pets for the duration of your stay.

The primary renter must be 25 years or older to book this property

To make it easier, we will provide a diagram to help you turn your car around so you can drive out of Cedar Swamp Lane moving forward instead of needing to back up the hill. We ask that you do not turn around in the neighbor's driveway.

Bookings over 29 nights require signing a rental agreement.

The indoor fireplace is strictly decorative. While it adds a lovely touch of character to the space, it is non-functional for fires.

No more than 3 cars parked in the driveway.
