This is the main entry level where you walk into the home. It features the fully equipped kitchen, the main living room, a bright sunroom, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms.

Located directly above the main living area, this upstairs retreat includes a private bedroom, a full bathroom, and a secondary living room equipped with a daybed for extra sleeping flexibility.

Lower Level (Walk-Out Basement)

Head downstairs from the main floor to reach the lower level. A huge advantage of this space is the direct walk-out access to the outdoors. This floor holds the game room, a third living area (labeled Living Room 1), a convenient kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a dedicated storage room for beach gear.
